Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website https://agroguesthouse.ge (the "Website") and the booking of accommodation and related services offered through it. By placing a booking or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Services and products

The Website offers guesthouse accommodation (rooms) and may offer related services such as masterclasses, tours, and transfers ("Services"). Each room and service is presented on the Website with a description and its price. All prices are shown in Georgian Lari (GEL, ₾) and include all applicable taxes and duties. The Merchant reserves the right to update prices and availability at any time before a booking is confirmed.

3. Booking and payment

You may book a Service by selecting your dates and completing the booking process on the Website. Payment is made online by bank card (Visa / Mastercard) through the Flitt payment system. Payment card data is processed securely by the payment provider; the Merchant does not store your full card details. A booking is considered confirmed only after the payment has been successfully authorised.

4. Delivery / provision of the service

As the Services consist of accommodation and on-site experiences, "delivery" means the provision of the reserved Service on the selected dates. After a successful payment you will receive a booking confirmation by email at the address you provided. Please keep this confirmation and present it on arrival.

  • Check-in: from 11:30 to 19:30
  • Check-out: from 08:30 to 10:30
  • Free parking is available on site.
  • Pets are not allowed.

5. Cancellation and refund policy

If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, the following applies based on the time between your cancellation and the check-in date:

  • More than 7 days before check-in: full refund (100%).
  • 2 to 7 days before check-in: 50% refund.
  • Less than 48 hours before check-in, or no-show: no refund.

Approved refunds are returned to the same bank card used for payment, through the Flitt payment system, within 10 business days of the cancellation being confirmed. To request a cancellation or refund, contact us at korena.office@gmail.com or +995 595 50 16 51.

6. Guest obligations

Guests agree to provide accurate booking information, to respect the property and other guests, and to comply with the house rules. The Merchant may refuse or terminate a stay in case of behaviour that damages the property or disturbs others, without a refund.

7. Liability

The Merchant provides the Services with due care. The Merchant is not liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure). Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the applicable law of Georgia.

8. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of Georgia. The parties will seek to resolve any dispute amicably; failing that, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts of Georgia.
