From Imereti to French Television✨ | The Story Behind a Georgian Culinary Journey
Published July 2026
And this story started like this, my loyal Keti Kvichidze calls me and says, French-German, TV company Arte is filming a program about Georgian cuisine and I'm directing it to you, wow, I was a little scared, it's a big responsibility.. I wasn't scared, I was probably more embarrassed☺️, they were preparing me for this shoot for 6 months, the main dish was supposed to be chakafuli, that is, wine and a dish cooked in wine, and one day the most beloved French journalist came to visit us, as soon as I met him, all the stress was instantly relieved, the sweetest guy, so he came and took pictures for three days, sometimes this way, sometimes that😂 Finally he said to me, you are a very good and direct respondent😂 And I was really shocked😂 The dish turned out well and I also got along well with the news❤️ We want Georgian guests, okay, the toastmaster and the singer.. Who else but my Tamari Vashakidze Atuka Murusidze, They spun it around and around, and our Frenchman even looked at us a little confused😂 Tamara charmed me with her ass, Atuka with her singing 😂❤️ And finally, a big thank you to my girls, Nana Xantadze, Iri Iri, Xatuna Gvetadze, Maka Janashia, Luara Geradze, Lali Gvetadze, Irine Vaxtangadze, Natia Sharvadze, without you, nothing would have come out of this or that🙏❤️
